Hello Everyone,

As you already know we are running CooLYar and our other websites on our own Dedicated Server since years. Every year we upgrade the server keeping in mind the ever increasing traffic and load on CooLYar. (Last Server Upgrade was in Sept 2008 http://www.coolyarforums.com/announcements...on-t11968.html)

This year we are moving on Two Dual Xeon (Woodcrest) Processors from Single Core2Duo server. RAM is also upgraded to 4 GB from 1 GB. In short server is atleast 4 times powerful than current one. Both Servers are located in Quebac, Canada Datacenter.

Detailed Specifications:
TWO Dual XEON 5110 1.6GHZ Processors (4 Cores),
4GB RAM,
320GB SATA HD,
10,000GB Bandwidth
Motherboard X7DAL-E
Bus Speed 1066MHz
L2 Cache 4 MB

All Websites will be migrated to new server in few days. (More details will be announced later in this topic)

Another server for Backups is live from today for taking "Server to Server" Backups for more reliability and security of data. Backup Server Specifications are:

P4 3.0 GHz,
1024MB RAM,
320gig SATA HD

CooLYar and CooLYar Forums Planned to be transferred to new server in few hours, Sites will not put offline however posting permissions on forums will be removed on old server to avoid any missing posts.

Waqas bro New Server say mujhay yeh fiyda howa hai k ..kafi arsay say jo cross lagay howay atay thay wo theek hoo gay hain.. pehlay tu theek tha jub say main nay PTCL DSL lagwaya hai tub say cross kafi lagay howay atay thay but now its fine to view :D

ya images wagera ka masla tha main nay flash java directx sub hee again latest instal kiay thay but problem rehti thi.. kabhi kuch show hotay thay tu kabhi bilkul b nahi but ab tu bilkul hee fine show hoo raha hai sub..!or ziyada emotions ke problem hoti thi but ab wo b sub show hoo raha hain
