could anyone tell me y i cannot c my avatar

and waqas i had mailed my avatar to u to put it but i can c :) :)

Just Right Click Anywhere and Choose "Edit Avatar" and from 'Pre-installed avatars' gallery select "Members Avatar" You will find your Avatar with your Name "Qaasim"

For your Ease I have Changed your Avatar Myself :) But u can use above way to change it yourself anytime
