Indo-Chinese Chicken Noodles


Egg Noodles 2 packets

boneless chicken 1/2 kg

egg beaten 2

cabbage shredded 2 cups

carrots julienned 1 cup

capsicum julienned 1/2 cup

soya sauce 2 tbsp

green chili sauce 1 tsp

ajinomoto 1/2 tsp

white pepper powder 1 tsp

salt 1 tsp

oil 4 tbsp

green onions to garnish

Chicken marinate ingredients:

flour 2 tbsp

cornflour 1 tbsp

soya sauce 1 tbsp

red chili powder 1 tsp

salt 1 tsp

water 2 tbsp

Marinate for 30mins and deep fry.


Boil noodles. Make scrambled eggs from beaten eggs and set aside. Heat oil add cabbage, capsicum, carrots and stir fry for 5 mins on high flame, add noodles and chicken and scrambled eggs and add rest ingredients. stir fry for 2 mins and serve by garnishing with green onion
