O' Heart;

Fear of something to happen;

Is worse than the actual event;

Do not be so burdened with your guilt;

Do not be so worried for someone you love;

Don't you know your body and soul connect;

With each other;

Soul will feel if your body is in pain;

And body will know if your soul is restless;

Have faith, have hope;

God does not punish a heart;

By loss of a loved one again and again;

What would you do if your body will worsen?

You wont be able to see those eyes;

Ever after;

Such departure will not leave your soul at peace;

Dont drown in worry so much!

Rumi

If you can keep your head when all about you

Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;

If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,

But make allowance for their doubting too;

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,

Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies,

Or, being hated, don't give way to hating,

And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;

If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;

If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;

If you can meet with triumph and disaster

And treat those two imposters just the same;

If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken

Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,

Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,

And stoop and build 'em up with wornout tools;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings

And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,

And lose, and start again at your beginnings

And never breath a word about your loss;

If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew

To serve your turn long after they are gone,

And so hold on when there is nothing in you

Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on";

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,

Or walk with kings - nor lose the common touch;

If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;

If all men count with you, but none too much;

If you can fill the unforgiving minute

With sixty seconds' worth of distance run -

Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,

And - which is more - you'll be a Man my son!

Lost Generation by Jonathan Reed

I am part of a lost generation
and I refuse to believe that
I can change the world
I realize this may be a shock but
“Happiness comes from within.”
is a lie, and
“Money will make me happy.”
So in 30 years I will tell my children
they are not the most important thing in my life
My employer will know that
I have my priorities straight because
work
is more important than
family
I tell you this
Once upon a time
Families stayed together
but this will not be true in my era
This is a quick fix society
Experts tell me
30 years from now, I will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of my divorce
I do not concede that
I will live in a country of my own making
In the future
Environmental destruction will be the norm
No longer can it be said that
My peers and I care about this earth
It will be evident that
My generation is apathetic and lethargic
It is foolish to presume that
There is hope.

And all of this will come true unless we choose to reverse it .

Read the message, then read it again in reverse.

Which generation do you belong in?

You are a lover of your own experience

aiye hath uthayen ham bhi

ham jinhen rasm-e-dua yad nahin

ham jinhen soz-e-mohabbat k siwa

koi but, koi khuda yad nahin

aiye arz guzaren ki nigar-e-hasti

zahar-e-imaroz main shirini-e-fardan bhar de

wo jinhen tabe garanbari-e-ayyam nahin

unki palkon pe shab-o-roz ko halka kar de

jinki ankhon ko rukh-e-subh ka yara bhi nahin

unki raton main koi shama munawwar kar de

jin k qadamon ko kisi rah ka sahara bhi nahin

unki nazron pe koi rah ujagar kar de

jinka din pairavi-e-kazbo-riya hai unko

himmat-e-kufr mile, jurat-e-tahaqiq mile

jink sar muntazir-e-teg-e-jafa hain unko

dast-e-qatil ko jhatak dene ki taufiq mile

ishq ka sarr-e-nihan jan-tapan hai jis se

aj iqrar karen aur tapish mit jaye

harf-e-haq dil main khatakta hai jo kante ki tarah

aj izhar karen or khalish mit jaye

You were born with potential.

You were born with goodness and trust.

You were b...orn with ideals and dreams.

You were born with greatness.

You were born with wings.

You are not meant for crawling, so don't.

You have wings.

Learn to use them and fly.

"All day I think about it, then at night I say it. Where did I come from, and what am I supposed to be doing? I have no idea. My soul is from elsewhere, I'm sure of that, and I intend to end up there. ~

Kisi din loat na paaon

Tumhain main yaad gar aaon

Sulla k apni ankhon ko

Mujhay tum khawb main milna

Waja tum jaan jaao gi

Mujhay pehchan jaao gi

Tumharay paas he aana thha

Mujhay kahan ore jaana thha

Magar qudrat nay rakha thha

Tumhara imtehan iss main

Mohobat say bohat aagay

Tumhain bhe aazmana thha

Tumhain daiy kar zara sa gham

Mujhay bhe ye batana thha

Sirf tum he nehi kartay

Mohobat apni manzil say

Wo manzil bhe tumhari raah taktay

Sisakti hay, tarapti hay

Aansoo bahati hay

Ore kehti hay

Chalo ab loat bhe aao

Sunna tum nay ……. Chalo ab loat bhe aao

Chalo ab loat bhe aao……………

My heart, sit only with those

who know and understand you.

Sit only under a tree

that is full of blossoms.

In the bazaar of herbs and potions

don't wander aimlessly

find the shop with a potion that is sweet

If you don't have a measure

people will rob you in no time.

You will take counterfeit coins

thinking they are real.

Don't fill your bowl with food from

every boiling pot you see.

Not every joke is humorous, so don't search

for meaning where there isn't one.

Not every eye can see,

not every sea is full of pearls.

My hart, sing the song of longing

like nightingale.

The sound of your voice casts a spell

on every stone, on every thorn.

First, lay down your head

then one by one

let go of all distractions.

Embrace the light and let it guide you

beyond the winds of desire.

There you will find a spring and nourished by its see waters

like a tree you will bear fruit forever.

Rumi.

The wise man should keep the balance between love and power; he should keep the love in his nature ever increasing and expanding, and at the same time strengthen the will so that the heart may not easily be broken.

Who makes these changes?

I shoot an arrow right. It lands left.

I ride after a deer and find myself chased by a hog.

I plot to get what I want and end up in prison.

I dig pits to trap others and fall in.

"I should be suspicious of what I want."

Passionate, with longing in mine eyes,

Searching wide, and seeking nights and days,

Lo' I beheld the Truthful One, the Wise,

Here in mine own House to fill my gaze!
