Well I do n't know the real problem with the policy makers.But in my opinion they r simply not honest with their country.They make those education polices in which only they have any profit.They just do n't care for others.They r simply mean and make rubbish polices like themselves.The policy makers r not well educated so they do n't know what is education and what is the purpose of education.
