Aua wr wb,

Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas’ood (Radi Allahu anhu) narrates that Aaqa Jee {SalAllaho Alaihi waSallam} said (interpretation of the meanings):

On the Day of Qiyamah, the closest to Me from among the people will be those who have read the most amount of Durood Shareef.

Aua wr wb,

An individual who used to recite DUROOD SHARIF e.g. SalAllaho Alaihi waSallam, 100 times on Fridays, he, when comes on the Day of Judgment, would be having with him such (splendored) Shining light (and in so profuse form) that if the same is distributed amongst the entire creations (of Almighty Allah SWT) it would suffice all of them.

Aua wr wb,

Hazrat Ali (radi Allahu anhu) reports that Sahib-il-Wasila {Sall Allahu alaihi wa Sallam) said (interpretation);

The real miser is he, in whose presence I* am mentioned and then he fails to recite Durood on me*.

The Holy Prophet (Salalaho Alaihay Wasalum) said:

Four things that dry the face & take away its happiness:

a) Lying

b) Being disrespectful / impudent (insisting on something wrong knowingly)

c) Arguing without knowledge

d) Excessive immorality (doing something wrong without fear)

The Holy Prophet (Salalaho Alaihay Wasalum) said:

Four things that increases the wetness of face & its happiness:

a) Faithfulness

b) Loyalty

c) Generosity (being kind)

d) To be helpful to others without he/she asking for that.

Four things that stop the Rizq (Sustenance)

a) Sleeping in the morning (from Fajr to sunrise)

b) Praying less

c) Laziness / Idleness

d) Treachery / Dishonesty

Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "On the Day of Resurrection, when people who have suffered affliction are given their reward, those who are healthy will wish their skins had been cut to pieces with scissors when they were in the world."
