  3. Chicken Tikka Masala Ingredients 6 Chicken thigh pieces (boneless) Marinade for Tikkas 6 tbsp. Yoghurt 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tbsp Garlic paste 2 tbsp Ginger paste 1 tsp Cumin Powder 1 tsp Curry Powder (Garam Masala) 4-5 tsp lemon juice Salt to taste For Gravy 2 Tomatoes(chopped) 1 Onion 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp. Cumin powder ½ tsp. Coriander powder ¼ cup Milk 1 tsp Sugar Salt to taste Directions Chicken tikka masala is a two step process, Tikka and Gravy. Grilling the chicken definetely flavors this dish but if you do not have a grill, you could use any oven too. Once you have your chicken grilling, you could start the gravy process in parallel. Cut chicken into smaller pieces. Drain any water. Mix all ingredients for the marinade and add chicken into it. Set aside for at least 1 hour Grill chicken on hot grill (barbecue) to golden brown. Baste butter (or oil) frequently to ensure that chicken remains tender and moist. Do not overcook. Heat oil and add ginger, garlic paste. Fry a little and add chopped onions. Keep heat on high to slightly caramelize the onions. Caramelizing onions enhances its flavors for this dish. When onions turn golden, add chopped tomatoes and keep frying on medium heat until the oil separates. Add cumin and coriander powder. Mix Add salt and sugar and drop the chicken tikka pieces in it. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat and let the flavors mingle a little. Increase heat to high and incorporate milk slowly. Stirring continously. Once the gravy is of right

    How To Control Dengue Virus

    Dengue is a mosquito-borne infection has become a major concern for international public health. More than 100 countries are now affected by Dengue virus around the world, predominantly in urban and semi-urban areas. Dengue fever, a potentially lethal syndrome, was first discovered in the late 50s. Today it has affected most Asian countries and has become a leading cause of hospitalization and death among children in the region. Dengue fever is a flu-like illness spread by the bite of an infected female mosquito. A reaction usually appears 3 to 4 days after the start of the fever. The illness can stay up to 10 days, but complete recovery may take almost a month. Most dengue infections are resulting in relatively mild illness, but some can progress to dengue hemorrhagic fever. With dengue fever, the blood vessels start to leak and cause bleeding from the nose, mouth, and gums. Without prompt treatment, the blood vessels can collapse, causing shock-dengue syndrome. Dengue hemorrhagic fever is fatal in about 5 percent of cases, mostly among children and young *****ts. There is no specific treatment for dengue. Persons affected with dengue fever should drink plenty of fluids and take rest. In order to control bleeding some patients need transfusions. Symptoms High fever up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Severe headache and body pain. Itching and red spots. Bleeding from nose and teeth. Severe pain behind the eyes. Pain of muscles and joints. Nausea. Vomiting. Loss of appetite.

    Chicken Karahi Ingredients:- Chicken 1 (1-1/2 Kg) Onion chopped 3 Tomatoes 8 Ginger Garlic paste 1 Table spoon Salt 1-1/2 teaspoon Red Chillies 1 teaspoon Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon Dhania powder 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon Green Chillies whole 4 Cooking Oil 3 or 4 desert spoon Method:- Heat Oil in pan.Put Onion in it. Fry till it is soft, not brown.Add tomatoes. Mix it. Then cover the lid for five minutes .so tomatoes become soft. Then add Ginger garlic past, salt, red chillies, turmeric powder, Dhania powder. Fry (bhono) for five minutes, make sure it may not become over cooked, put little water,2 Table spoon. Then add chicken. Fry for 5 minutes adding little water. Then with 1/2 cup water, cover the lid for 10 minutes. Add green chillies whole. Put on dum. When it is ready, sprinkle black pepper.

    Some Important notice for your health that I like to share with all v Reduce volume of tea intake; v Do not eat bread which has JUST been toasted; v Stay a distance from your charger; v Drink more water in the morning, less at night; v Do not drink coffee twice a day; v Reduce your volume of oily food; v Best sleeping time is from 10 at night to 6 at the morning; v Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm; v Do not take capsules with cold water; v Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping; v Have 8 hours sleep. Lack of it will make a person stupid; v People who get used to napping will not get old easily; v If you can't get on early morning runs, 5-8 in the afternoon is a great time for jogging; v When battery left last grid, do not answer the phone. The radiation is 1000 times; v Answer the phone with your left ear. It'll spoil your brain directly if you use your right ear; v Do not use earphone for long time. Rest your ear a while after 1 hour.

    Kele Ki Barfi

    Ingredients 4 Ripe Bananas 1 1/2 cup Full Fat Milk 2 cups Sugar 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts 75 g coconut, grated 2 tbsp. Ghee Directions1.Peel Bananas and mash them properly. 2.Add milk to them and cook till the milk has dried up. 3.Add ghee and cook till the mixture starts turning brown. 4.Add coconut and walnuts and mix well. 5.Grease a baking tray or deep plate. 6.Remove the mixture from the heat and pour into the greased tray. 7.Keep the layer of the mixture at least 1/2 inch thick. 8.Allow to cool and cut into desired shape. 9.Garnish with nuts like almonds, pistachio etc. of your choice.
