It reminds me of a Sardaar jee posted as judge. A case of robbery was brought in his court. The accused was handcuffed and the other end of handcuff chain went to the belt of a police man. Having seen the two, sardaar jee thought for a moment and said "Hath bandhay teen maheenay aur kamar bandhay two years". Sardaar jee thought that the person chained at the waist is a bigger culprit than the cuffed at hand.
