Waqas 48 Posted May 17, 2009 PESHAWAR: Earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale has hit Peshawar, Lower Dir, Buner, Malakand, Batkhela and Khyber Agency besides District Mansehra, Batgram, Chitral and Shangla.
