Waqas 48 Posted May 17, 2009 ISLAMABAD: Justice (retd) Riaz Kayani has replaced Justice (retd) Tanvir Ahmed as new Law Secretary. According to sources, the notification about appointment of Justice (retd.) Tanvir Ahmed issued one day ago has been cancelled. It may be mentioned here that Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had said that the appointment of Justice Tanvir as Law Secretary was a violation of new judicial policy.
