Waqas 48 Posted May 28, 2009 ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry Thursday said that cases relating the dismissal of judges and Tikka Iqbal might be reviewed. He also said that a larger bench for the hearing of the case might be constituted. Earlier, heading a three-member bench, he heard the petition of Sindh High Court regarding the two judges of higher judiciary Rasheed Kalhora and Zafar Sherwani who were not made permanent. The Attorney General appeared on behalf of the federation and requested for more time for preparation; thereupon, the court directed him to unite the petitions of three other judges of Sindh High Court with these two judges.
