Waqas 48 Posted May 29, 2009 PESHAWAR: NWFP Minister for Information Mian Iftikhar Hussain Friday said Malakand operation is heading in a right direction and the militants upon seeing defeat approaching are now targeting innocents to spread fear. Giving a press briefing here, the Minister said the militants have changed their original way of striking, who are now targeting common people under a new strategy. The aim of this is to build pressure on the government, forcing it to abandon the ongoing operation against miscreants. He said the fight against terrorists has entered critical phase.
