Waqas 48 Posted October 6, 2009 KABUL: Hizb-e-Islami Afghanistan Chief Gulbadin Hikmatyar offered the US to help it out, if the latter wants a graceful exit from Afghanistan, Geo News reported Tuesday. In a video message, Hikmatyar warned that if the US wants long lasting stay in the country, then they are raring for a protracted war against US; however, in the event of failure, the US would not be allowed to have safe passage out of Afghanistan. Hikmat said a government of criminals, miscreants and traitors is being installed in Afghanistan, adding the US is persistently failing in the country.
