Indian evidence should be brought before world: Nawaz

Recommended Posts

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that he is extending his support to the government for the stability of democracy and country.

He expressed these views at a meeting with the chief ministers of all four provinces at the Raiwand on Wednesday.

“It is the duty of the government to implement the issues agreed between the main political powers,” he said.

Had the government implemented the charter of democracy (CoD), such situation would not have emerged, he opined.

The former two-time premier said that if Indian interference was taking place in Pakistan then its evidence should be brought before the world.

About Balochistan issue, he said that financial package was not the solution and that a well co-ordinated policy should be framed with the backing of all the political parties.

He said that PML-N wants the establishment of an impartial commission for accountability.

On this occasion, the chief minister of Balochistan, NWFP and Balochistan appreciated the cooperation of Punjab in NFC award and expressed their grief on the loss of lives in Moon Market tragedy.

Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah invited Nawaz Sharif to visit Karachi.
