Orange + Ginger + Cucumber -= Improve Skin texture and moisture and reduce body heat. Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon =- To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney. Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi -= To improve skin complexion. Pear & Banana -= regulates sugar content.
