MULTI PURPOSE CURE - ESPECIALLY FOR FAT REDUCTION

MY dear CY friends , i have a home made medecine or say a DESI-ILAJ for reduction

of FAT in body , which ultimately becomes a hub for many a diseases , if not properly

cured in the very start. This ILAJ is harmless , and the ingradients easily available almost

in all the kitchens. Here is the key :-

50 gms Methi, (fenugreek seeds)

20 gms Ajmo, (Ajwain)

10 gms Kaari Jeeri. (Black seeds) After cleaning these above things, put them in earthenware Karaai on a mild fire.

After cooling down put them together in a grinder and make a fine powder of them.

Take one teaspoon of this powder with warm water at night after meals / at bed time.

Warm water is essential in this process.

This will make all the toxic matter which has accumulated in the body to come out through urination.

After three months you will notice the fat has been dissolved and the skin will be as streatched as an ironed cloth.

Beauty of the body shall be menifested.
