Fried Chicken Tikka

Ingredien

1/2 kg chicken boneless

1 cup yougart

1 tsp salt

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp termaric powder

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tbsp ginger paste

1/2 tsp baking power

1 tsp garam masala

15 bamboo or wood skewers (sticks)

Directions

1-Add all ingredients into yogurt and mix well.

2-Cut chicken into cubes

3-Marinate chicken and keep it for 2 - 3 hours in refrigerator

4-Stuck 4 chicken cubes to one stick. Break the skewers if they are too long.

5-Then deep fry all sticks till golden brown

6-Serve with tomato katchup
