Waqas 48 Posted February 19, 2011 LAHORE: One more petition has been filed in Lahore High Court (LHC), seeking investigation by ISI against Raymond Davis, the US national who had shot dead two Pakistanis in Lahore, Geo News reported Saturday. The petition, filed by Ilmuddin Ghazi Advocate, sought that investigation against Raymond Davis be initiated by ISI after shifting him to Shahi Qila. The petitioner adopted the stance that people are facing hardship due to extraordinary security measure put in place for Raymond Davis in and around Kot Lakhpat prison.He prayed that orders be issued for shifting Raymond Davis to Shahi Qila.“The police have failed to investigate cases against Raymond Davis and that ISI be assigned the task of carrying out the probe,” the petition said.
