According to Blue Book, only the diplomatic card issued by PakistanÂ’s Foreign Office confirms whether someone is a diplomat.Sources said that the case of Raymond Davis is a complicated one because in this case not only laws of the land are significant but the international and US laws also have importance. The definition of immunity is not the same in different countries, the source added.A total of four cases relating to diplomatic issues are in progress in a LahoreÂ’s court. Para-wise replies are in the process of being made for these cases which will be sent to Law Division. The sources said that there was no report from Japan of any PakistaniÂ’s going missing.
