In my personal experience.... wht u eat makes a HUGE difference! You are not gona get time to workout every single day cuz ya life is fast these days...but u know wht...watch wht u eat and its very likely tht u wont gain weight.... although u might loose muscle cuz muscles need to be worked out once in a while or else u start loosing them very fast...

I have made low-carb diet a part of life now... its been almost a year tht i havent had rice or breads and i feel so much better... i might have it like once a month if im really craving it...but thts it... honestly now my body doesnt even like it nemore...i used to be crazy abt rice...now im good after like 2 bites...

once u train ur body for certain foods...u wont miss or crave the bad ones....u just need dedication though!

as far as workouts go... i luv dancing cuz i dun feel like im working out... i like exercises tht make me feel good and not bored ... zumba and turbojam workouts are awesome....

Gul u asked abt turbo-jam...they r kickboxing and dance routines i got the DVD's from Amazon.... do try them!

They say "You are what you are".

It's been more than one an a half year since I left eating roti. No chapati in my life. Yes,I can live without chapati now. Also, it was like I never fencied roti , I dislike Asian food , loads of oil and spices in asian cooking ruin your health. And yeah no doubt , my mum's best cooking made me eat extra. I used to love eating rice a lot but now I dun't because they increase your weight and never eat left over rice. Also rice are only cooked once a week at my home,my family dun't like rice.

My eating style has changed a lot. I used to eat fast , fast and fasterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr that was such a bad habit and it totally helped me to gain weight. While I joined uni, went everyday with mates for lunch and I realised how slow few people eat :o Come one, rosy finish your lunch, we have got a lecture in 10 minutes. You know it ,I am a slow eater. It made me eat slow lol

Things I avoid

-No roti

-No Coke

-No Fizzy Drinks

-No Junkie food

-Less sugary stuff as I am not a big fan of sugar

When I proper avoid all, I feel the change but sometime I do take breaks. I love chips but I cn't have it much.

In winter, its hard to walk , bless my country's weather but I try my best to walk at least for 20 minutes everyday. I walk half way to uni so that I 'll get time to walk. I have been doing zumba but left it now . Bought new exercise machine but I dun get enough time :(

I get free in the evening . By that time, i feel so tired, dead and lazy . I get this thought like what If I go on exercise machine , feel sleepy , fell down and I might get some Injury hahaha

One of my friend goes to kick boxing club , thought to join but no time. I used to go to gym, I left that too. I have been playing football and basketball , left both. When you get busy with assignments and exams, you really forget all. I prefer to work out for an hour at home so that I can manage my timings. To be honest, zumba is best out of all , i love it , feels like I am dancing in a party and so much fun. Have you heard of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred?

Dedication and motivation is so important to have, you need to have a huge control on your mind for this. I made it and I need to work out during summer and get a sasy baady before December :p
