OKAY U GUYS

I DONT COOK AND I AM NOT INTRESTED :P :P BUT I GOT SOME RECIPES TAHT I WANTED TO SHARE WITH U GUYS.

Servings (3-4 persons)

Cooking Time (30 minutes)

Ingredients

Chicken (Murgh) (cut into small pieces) 1/2 kilogram

Oil (Tayl) 1 cup

Chinese Salt 1/2 tablespoon

Iodized/Refined Salt 1/2 tablespoon

Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic Powder paste 1.5 teaspoon

Ginger Powder paste 1 teaspoon

Tomato Ketchup 1 cup

Method

Heat half of the oil and fry the chicken in it till it is done. Remove the chicken from the oil when it is more than half done. Mix the ginger & garlic paste in the rest of the oil and fry it. Add the rest of the ingredients and the tomato paste/ Tomato Ketchup to the fried ginger & garlic paste. Bring the contents to boil. Add the chicken and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.

In place of Tomato ketchup you can use home meat tomoto sauce.

For Tomato Sauce:

Heat oil and fry 2 ½ finely chopped onions with 1 tsp of garlic paste to a golden brown color. Add 1 cup of tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1.5tsp of oregano leaves, ½ tsp of sugar and ¼ tsp of National Black pepper powder. Continue cooking over a very low heat until you get a thick paste.

Chicken Macaroni Salad

Servings (4-6 persons)

Cooking Time (15 minutes)

Ingredients

Chicken (Murgh) shredded and boiled 2 whole

Macroni uncooked 1 1/4 cup

Tomatoes (Timatar) puree 1/4 cup

National Tomato Ketchup 2 tablespoon

Method

Boil 3-4 cups of water with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of oil. Add macaroni to the boiling water. Cook covered for 8-10 minutes till soft and well cooked but not mushy. Strain and wash several times with cold water. Boil chicken with 1/4 cup of water ¼ tsp salt. Cool and shred the cooked chicken. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add National Chilli Powder and tomato purée, National Tomato Ketchup and 3/4 cup of water. Simmer the sauce on low flame for 1-2 minutes. Add National refined Salt, sugar and National Hot Sauce. Keeping the flame low add the cream. Switch off the flame immediately. Add the cooked macaroni, chicken and parsley. Stir gently. Transfer to a bowl and cover and keep in a refrigerator to chill. Before serving arrange some lettuce leaves on a serving platter. If salad gets a little dry add a few tablespoons water to get a slightly wet consistency. Transfer the macaroni salad on the lettuce leaves. Deseed the capsicum and cut into thin rings. Half the rings and arrange on the edges. Serve cold.

Ingredients:

125 g white flour

50 g cocoa powder

75 g butter

175 g sugar

6 eggs

1\2 tsp. vanilla essence

two 400 g cans stoned black cherries

1 tsp. lemon juice

650 ml whipping cream

125 g chocolate

1 tsp. arrowroot

METHOD

1. Line and grease a deep 9 inch round cake tin. Put the butter in a bowl over a pan of warm water , beat until very soft.

2. Whisk the eggs and sugar together in a large bowl standing over a pan of simmering water until pale and creamy , and thick enough to leave a trail on the surface when the whisk is lifted. Remove from the heat and whisk until cool.

3. Sift the flour and cocoa together, then lightly fold into the egg mixture. fold in vanilla essence and softened butter. into the prepared tin and tilt to spread evenly.

4. Bake at 350f (150c) mark 4 for about 40 minutes until well risen, firm to touch and beginning to shrink away from the sides of the pan. Turn out onto a wire rack cover and leave to cool. Cut the cake into three layers.

5. Place one layer on a flat plate. To make the filling, Drain the cherries, reserving the syrup Mix 100 ml of the cherry syrup and the lemon juice together. Spoon 50ml over the cake layer. Whip the cream until it holds its shape, then spread a thin layer over the soaked sponge. Reserve a third of the cherries for decoration, scatter half the remainder over the cream.

6. Repeat the layers of sponge, syrup, cream and cherries.Top with the third cake round and spoon over the remaining lemon flavored syrup.

7. Spread a third layer of cream around the side of the cake. Press on the chocolate, reserving some. Pipe whirls of cream around the edge of the cake and top each with a chocolate curl.

8. Fill the centre with the reserved cherries. Blend the arrowroot with 3 tbsp cherry syrup. Place in a small pan, bring to the boil, stirring, for a few minutes until the mixture is clear. Brush the glaze over the cherries.

9. To make the chocolate caraque, melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl standing over a pan of simmering water. Remove from the heat and spread out thinly on a marble slab or clean work surface. Leave to set until no longer sticky to touch.

10. Hold a large knife with both hands, push the blade across the surface to shave off long chocolate curls.

Black Forest yummmmy :food:

Raiha Sweetoo aap nai tou kamal ker deya..i love Black Forest but mostly i backed vanilla cake coz my bro dislike Coco but now i 'll definitely try it.

:P here is one more.i got it from my mom. :P

Ingredients:

1 tsp Mustard

½ cup Mayonnaise

1 tsp minced Onion

¼ tsp Chilli powder

2 tsp minced Parsley

½ cup Bread crumbs

¼ cup Sesame seeds

2 cup cubed cooked Chicken

Honey-Mustard Dip

1½ tsp Honey

1½ tsp Mustard

3/4 cup Mayonnaise

Method:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In small bowl mix mayonnaise, dry mustard, onion and chilli powder until well blended; set aside.

In a pie plate or other shallow container combine crumbs, sesame seeds and parsley.

Coat chicken with mayonnaise mixture then crumb mixture.

Place cubes on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.

In small bowl or cup, mix mayonnaise, honey and mustard until smooth. Serve hot with honey-mustard dip.
