Asim 0 Posted August 30, 2005 There is an Open Source Resource Center of Pakistan (OSRC) started earlier this year that shows the government is appreciating and supporting the Open Source Software. I was surprized to see an advertisement in the July's SIPDER about Open Source Rresource Center Pakistan (OSRC) founded by Pakistan Government and working under Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). It is a really cool step taken by the governmnet to officially support and help the open source community of Pakistan in specific and the international community in general. I am sure the market will see some of the facinating OS software/application in the near future.
