Agar yeh jaanna ho ke zaafran asli hai ya nahin to taizab (sulphuric acid)ki aik boond thori sizaafran per dalein.agar woh sabz rang main tabdeel hojaey to zaafran asli nahin hai aur agar pehle siyah aur phir surkh rang main tabdeel hojaey to zaafran asli hai. Chaey ki pehchan: chaey ki kuchh pattiyan safaid blotting paper per rakhein agar zard rang aey to chaey main milawat hai. chaey ya coffee ke daagh thermos flask se dur karne ke liye usmain aik ande ka chilka pees ker garm pani ke sath daldein.daagh dur hojaenge.
