taky humayein bi pata chaly khana wana kesy pakaty hain... :D

Spicy Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

2 lb, boneless cubes Chicken

1/2 cup Yogurt

2 tsp Red Chili Powder

3 tbsp Lemon Juice

3 tbsp Tikka Seekh Kabab

3 tbsp Butter

1 cut into 1 inch circle Bell Pepper

1 large, cut into 1 inch circle Onion

1 tbsp, paste Garlic

1 tbsp

Instructions

Marinate the chicken with all the spices and ingredients for atleast 4 to 24 hours. The more time you marinate the tastier it will be.

Light the barbeque with charcoal. Make sure the coal are red hot.

Cut small slices of capsicum, and cut onion skin into 1 inch square. Insert the marinated chicken, capsicum and onions into the barbeque rods.

Put it in the barbeque, rotating every 10 min. Brush some butter over the chicken as you rotate.

Remove from barbeque when the chicken turns golden brown. Serve hot with paratha or Nan.

this one from my side...

INSTANT BRINJAL SIDE DISH

INGREDIENTS

4 brinjals

100 gm onion (big onion medium size 2)

2 tomatoes

4 red chillies

1 tsp jeera

1 tbsp oil

3 cloves of garlic

1 small cup green gram daal(50 gm)

1 tbsp tamarind paste

few curry leaves

salt to taste METHOD

Cut Onion, Tomato and Brinjal into medium size. Add Onion, Tomato, Brinjal, GreenGramDhal, garlic, Red chillies (2), 1/2 spoon salt, jeera, two cups water into pressure cooker and cook till some 4 to 5 whistles.

Remove from stove, All items would had cooked well and became so soft. Mash all ingredients together and add tamarind paste.

Add water till you get the consistency you like. Add salt according to ur taste. Allow it to boil once again for 2 minutes.

Season this mixture with remaining red chilly, mustard. Add curry leaves. Serve Hot.

This will go with rice, roti, idly, dosa. And very easy to make also.

Main smjhi koe goal guppy type ka koe chut pata programme chul raha hai.lolzz

Not intersted in cooking and eating.waise agar koe achi aur asan si recipe hoo to bata dein.Ghar walon ko impress karne k liye....

ibti main pechy reh gee baheeeeee

Aloo ki kachori

Ingredients:

1/2kg boiled potatoes mashed

6 green chillies chopped

1tsp ginger/garlic paste

Salt to taste

3 tbsp tamarind juice

2 onions roughly chopped

4tbsp coriander leaves chopped

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chillie powder

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 cup gram flour made into batter

1/4 cup oil

Method:

Heat oil, fry onion slightly, add mustard seed, ginger/garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chillie powder, fry a little. Add mashed potatoes and the remaining ingredients. Mix well shape into balls. Dip in gram flour paste and deep fry.

SABUDANA VADAS

INGREDIENTS

1 small cup sabudana

2 potatoes

1 tbsp cumin

2-3 chillies

oil to fry

salt to taste

coriander leaves METHOD

Boil and peel the potatoes and smash them and keep aside. Wash and soak the sabudana in water for half an hour. Drain the water.

Mix the sabudana with cumin, chillies, salt, mashed potatoes and coriander leaves.

Make small balls and flatten them and deep-fry the vadas become golden brown. Drain the oil and serve with green chutney or sauce.

Paneer ky pakory

paneer -------- 1 packet

meda --------- 1 cup

corn floor ---- 1/2 cup

namak -------- hanb - e- zaiqa

Kali mirch ---- 1 t sp

Oil ------------- fry kerny k liay

Method :

1)paneer ky choty choty round shape main tukry kat lain

2)medy main corn floor , namak , kali mirch , aur pani mila ker phant lain

3)paneer ko is main dip ker ky fry kre lain
