Why Not Firefox?

Assalaamoalaikum mr admin,

I'm facing a problem with CY that its opening only in 1 browser i.e in Internet Explorer (IE) but not in firefox. I'm unable to understand the problem even though i've cleared cache & cookies of CY but all in vain & the problem is same. If you know any reason regarding the issue please tell me so to resolve it.

The error shows in firefox is below:

"The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept

cookies."

Ammna Use Proxy ... then u will not get this same prolem

open Fire fox

at above menu go u tools

slect option

slect advance

on advance slect network

click on setting

then cose manual proxy configration

on HTTP proxy type ur server adress that u typed on ur defult gateway setting

then click ok

now refresh fire fox

enjoy error free fire fox

Thanks Emaad for such an early reply but i couldn't understand what is "default gateway setting"??? & tell me does it not effect our internet connection? and what about working of other websites?

nai iss setting say koi problem nahi hoo ge or jo prob hoi b wo b theek hoo jay ge..!

defalut gate way difftent way say dekha ja sakta hai

asan way hain apnay coonection (time k sath do samal monitors) ko click kero

then slect on support

wahan app ko defult gate way likha howa nazer aa jay ga..!

But the address which i typed in HTTP proxy is different from default gateway address. Its confusing... ... Still net is working and CY opened in firefox...

Thanks Emaad for Helping Aamna

CooLYar is optimized to work with every browser including Google Chrome. This error was due to misconfiguration of Firefox.

Let us know if you face any other problem

Nahin maine apna IP address for sure nahin likkha but aik aur address likkha hai jo hum ping on karnay k liye run wali window mein daaltay hain & as far as i know its the address of internet provider. Asal mein meray bhai ne yeh address dala huwa tha ab since he is in sharjah so i'm not sure whether the ping address is confirmly internet provider's address or not.
