ruby.... kitchen main kaam nahi karti ho app.. wow yaar.. kuch dinoun pehlay mera bhi yahi hal tha.... bas waqt aj kal kuch ajeeb hai.... pakana bhi hai... aur roti bana rahi houn aj kal... mut pocho kaisay....

main bhi roti se shurvat ker rahi hoon mat poocheye pehle to aatta pata nahin gundha ya ghoola toba hai bari mushkil se kuch ajeeb sa gundha phir ayye belne wagera ki bari to belan aur roti jesi mohobat aj tak nahin dekhi hogi main ne jitni bhi khushkki laga lo roti belan se chipak ker hatne ka naam hi nahin leti phir roti ko tave per dalne ka kam sab se khoofnaq qisam ka kam hai

bas ruby.. aik hi dastan ghum hai humari... jab khnay ka time honay walla hotah ai.. tu ami bula leti hain.. chalo ji fati roti pakao... pehlay peray banana sikhaiy.... ami ka tareqa to bara mushkil tha.. khair peray tu a gaiy. ab roti ko goul kaisay kiya jaiy.... aj tu roti ka eclipse bana diya... phir meray sath bhi wohi hoa.. roti sahiba tu chipak hi gayeen. ab jab utara tu path gayeen.. phir jab ultay taway per dala tu masala gayeen. bas wo kuch ajeeb hi si ban kar nikli.. but try try try again.. :D

aareye haan humari dukh bhari dastan kafi milty julti hai

chalo 2 din se meri bachat hai kyoon ke mehman aagaye hain ab un ko to africa ke naqshee nahin khilaye jasakte na is liye main aj kal bertan dhoone wagera jese kam main busy hoon <_<

Delhi darbar MUTTON BIRYANI

Ingredients:

For mutton marination:

Mutton - 2 kgs

Cinnamon - 4 sticks

Cloves - 7 to 8

Cardamom - 10 to 8 pods

Shajeera (caraway seeds) - 1 tsp

White jeera - 1/2 tsp

Saffron (kesar) - 6 to 7 strands

Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp

Mace - 1/4 tsp

Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsps

Curd - 400 gms

Lemon - 1 medium-sized

Haldi - 1 tsp

Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

Potatoes - 1/2 kg

Brown onions - 250 gms

A pinch of garam masala

Ghee - 1/2 kg

Salt to taste

Rice for Biryani - 1 kg

Procedure:

Mix the ingredients and set aside for 20 minutes. Put the marination into a big vessel. Pour 125 gms ghee on top and sprinkle with the brown onions. Put 1/4 of the parboiled rice on top of the marination and rest of the cooked rice on top of the parboiled rice. Mix the saffron in water and sprinkle on the rice for colour and flavour. Pour the remaining ghee evenly on top of the rice.

Seal a lid on top of the vessel with kneaded flour and put it on a high flame till the steam starts coming out. Then put the vessel on a tava for one hour on a low flame.

Imtiaz qureshi’s KEBAB-E GOSHT NALLI BIRYANI

Ingredients:

500 gm lamb shanks, 200 gm ghee

1 onion, thinly sliced (browned)

2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste

Cloves, a few, Cardamom, a few

Cinnamon, 1 piece, Salt, to taste

100 gm yogurt, 1 tsp yellow chilli powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

100 gm mutton mince

1 tsp raw papaya paste

4 pieces silver leaves

250 gm basmati rice, washed and soaked

Mint leaves, a few

1-2 pieces green chillies, slit

0.5 gm saffron, 1-inch piece ginger, julienned

Procedure:

Clean and wash meat, keep aside. Marinate the meat with a little papaya, ginger-garlic paste, red and yellow chilli powder, salt, browned onions and whisked curd. Mix the koftas with the mutton mince and the above-mentioned ingredients.

Form this mixture into balls, roll them into silver leaf and keep aside.

In another handi, bring water to the boil along with some whole garam masala, and add the soaked rice which is cooked until 3/4th done.

Place the rice over the marinated meat along with the koftas, mint leaves, saffron and green chillies and smear with a little melted ghee.

Place a lid on the handi and seal with some dough and allow cooking on dum for a few minutes or until the meat and rice is cooked to perfection.

mujhe to sab mehman kush kerte hain kushi hoti hai kuch ke aane se aur kuch ka jana bohot kush kerta hai :D

hmm tu bas ap loug ne phir wohi apni mamoul ki batain shuru ker deen. aray khanay koun paqaiy ga..... chalain ruby rotain banain.. umair tum kuch nahi to salad hi bana lo. aur mhn sahab. ap aisay karay koi soup banain.... aur main sirf dekhoun gi :D

nahi khair main kuch banana bhi sikhati houn ap logoun ko.. main houn na .. tu kiya tension :D

tu ajj hum banain ge rolls.. koyi mehman ata hai. tu zadar tar. samosay aur rolls kam atay hain agar sirf chai pe aiy houn. magar bazar ke rolls.. u know arent so good.. dublay patlaay se hotay hain.. isliya ap khud banaiya..

ingredients

roll pati.. jo kisi bhi general store se mil jaiy gi

keema 6 gram

4 carrots kado kash ki hoi..

4 shimla mirch bareeq kati hoi

aik cup matar....

one packet cheese

one egg phita hoa

pehlay keema bana lain.. ab kiya wo bhi main batoun.... chalain bataiy ditay hain

5 gram keemay ke liya.. aik bari piyaz

4 (baray) lehson , aik chota adrak chopped

1 and a half tsp salt

1 tsp lal mirch

1 table spoon zeera

5 hari mirchain

2 tomatoes

3/4 tea cup oil

piyaz ko oil main golden brown ker lain.. phir is main chopped lehson adrak mila lain.. thori dair baad keema , mirchain aur namk dal dain.. phir tamatar bhi dal dain.. jab keema gul ker dry ho jaiy tu us main zeera dal dain.... keema tu janab tayar ho gaya...

phir sabzi (gajar, shimla mirch, matar) ko fri kar lain aur gala lain..

phir keema main mila dain..

thanday keema main cheese mila dain..

aur phir rolls bana lain... .... bus itna asan tha.... aur rolls ko band ker lain anda laga ke.... :food:

kitni buri baat hai umair.... baartan dhonay main kia harj hain. har kaam se bhagtay ho tum :P

ap kar lijiya ga na ya kaam mhn.. laikin han ap ne soup banana hai..... :D
