Wise_Guy 44 Posted May 9, 2010 Asalam o Alikum 2 All, i m going to mention a major problem of C-Y Forums.i hope i'll get some positive response from members.i m watching dat very carefully that Admin & Senior members don't check the newbies posts & they also don't Admire their Struggle.& i also want to mention those who r doing a great job as a senior member, EMAAD, SHAHABI, RAYYAN, these guys r really Encouraging the newbies. & one more main prob iz that Admin iz not going to say good effort to any 1.dats not fair.Waqas should be review his attitude.we r claiming dat we r like a family but remember one thing in family matter no one has right to discourage any one coz of his EGO. i'll wait 4 ur replies. We never neglet and discourage for new members as u saw in forums. If the admin is not present here then we always appreciate others... Admin always encourage to all members for good post... New ideas kia hai cool yar k liyay app k mind main?? Ist of all i want to explain that neither i am a web page designer nor ever did any job of advertiser.but as i m simple i could give some simple & straight suggestions. 1- If Admin have some time to put his posts in World Affairs then he should take visits more than 3 times to the whole forum. 2- Admin, Mods & 5 heart members should have to spend more time on forums to now abt all the happening things here. 3- Admin should have to make minimum 2 changing in forums look in a month. 4- Admin have to take a look to the sub forums quantity.there he can use the voting system to select the sub forums whom has to put on or put off.i think it's not the proper way that if Rayyan starts a topic then i'll copy him.there r lot of sub forums in every section. 5- He should use Java or Flash in forums. 6- Even our game section is closed since 4th of April & still closed.i reminded him oftenly but every time he said it will be put on in 2 days. 7- He has to do more work for proper Advertisement of C-Y. 8- i know that in our practical life we r facing lot of challenges but if i any one can't come regularly then he/she should have to tell reason. 9- Mods should get more power & authorities to do their job. 9- Just take a look to this advertisement. http://googlemyway.com/*Wise_Guy* At the time i m not able to explain more things but i make promise that i'll remind u later. But why admin never response to senior users.... if when all users leave the coolyar... Then coolyar is become for an empty website... Please come and get together for betterment of coolyar.... If admin is busy and not getting time to come online means he is discouraging others? it has any link with EGO? Really surprised to see your comments. Xeeshan is in Pakistan on holidays and many other members are also busy, if you talk about chit chat then some members are not coming because of other trouble members like parishay. Its responsibility of section moderators to keep the forum active with relevant topics. 5 - Flash and Java for what? 6 - Development team is working on Games section it was not possible to continue old games section on new forums 7 - Advertisement cost money and im already paying over $150 every month for server costs 8 - Status updates can be used for this purpose, you can already see my status "Have busy days" set many days ago. 9 - Mods have full authority in chat and on forums they have powers for daily moderation Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Shahabi is lucky he is getting so many votes in his topics. Do you think ramz with few votes if we give awards should be added to profile? Ramz you own participation was always poor in competitions and awards. If Zaini and other members is not here is not because of me but because of poor members participation, she can come and tell here why she stopped competitions. Do you still blame admin?
