Drain the water and keep it aside. In besan mix all the other ingredients mentioned. Then add enough water to make a thick consistency. It should be thick and not watery. Now add the boiled noodles to the mixture. Mix well. Heat oil in a kadai. Add a spoonfull of mixture and fry till golden brown.
