Fati ... as I said b4.. those were not on a micro CD... that can be easily sent to anywhere he wanted too. The KRL laboratories was and is protected by Army..... and the Generals knew each and every activity in and out of the laboratory... How can it be that they never knew the technolgoy was going out of country.... The Iranians also handed over the official letter for transfer of technology... now don't say KRL laboratories made those LetterHeads in the laboratory themselves laugh: for your info... the letter of transfer of technology is sent by the officials.. an individual cannot send it... chalo Farz kar lo Musharaf (he was a General himself) ko is ka ilm nahi tha (which is impossible) then he is the biggest unqualified General the army has ever seen. I know it was General Aslam Baig, General Karamat and General Musharaf plus the previous gevernments... u know y? kyoon ke jab Musharaf Gneral bana tu kia us ko is baat ka ilm nahi tha ke pehlae kiya hua? wo us waqt kyoon na bola? ab itnae saaloon ke baad kyoon bool raha hai.... kamaal hai... agar the Media men knew who wer involved.. y was Musharaf didn't knew about it..... jab bi koi nai shaks koi seat sumbhaalta hai tu us ko poorani history + everything ke bare main brief kia jaat hai ya wo is be barrae main jaanta hai.... Asim 0 Posted February 8, 2004 even at a lower level whenever any one takes incharge of any place/seat..its his responsibility to check the previous records and stuff and take a propper CHARGE of the whole system... this ensures pointing out of mistakes made by previous officers.... This rule is obyed by every government personnel even if he/she is a clerk... y didn't Musharaf pointed all this out when he too charge... (After appointing on the seat the personanel is required to submit a proper UNDERTAKING that he/she has checked the previous record and has found no errors in it. If incase there are any corruptions then the new officer fileshis/report and mentions the areas he has found fault at. A proper inquiry is made on this report.)
