Shabo 0 Posted April 1, 2003 You Are Like The Diamond You are like the diamond You glimmer and glow And shine so brightly Some, like me, draw close To feel your warmth, your heat Only to find none You are like the diamond You are bright and strong But you have no warmth, or love It's a terrible game To play with people's hearts Like mine You are like the diamond You will last longer than most But you will have no love No warmth to back up that bright light So what kind of life will it be? Besides long? Will you regret it someday? Regret being so much like the diamond Regret being so cold And look for me A find me gone? Can I ever leave? mansoor 0 Posted April 2, 2003 waooooooo what a poem shaboooo kabhee kabhee mughay aisa lagta hai kay u are a poetess of "love" .. if its still the creation of some one else ur taste is g88 :D we had learned about "DNA never dies " :P and have watched movie "Tomorrow never dies" now "Dimond never dies" nice edition :) achaaa aik bat too batooo......just tell what is the thing which gives other heat.... yaa itss fire... which also devistate to its reciever.... :( Dimond bechara too kisee ka bura nahi karta ... harmless... u give it attention by wering it around ur neck proudly .. and then put them in a dark dunen for "safety" ... being scientifially there is no diferene between "coal" and dimond ....would any one wear coal in its neack ??? would any one dare to talk about it ??? and for more surprisingly........coal (ashes) becomes when "something" is burntt ....by heat givon fire after burning coal (Dimond) arrises... soo did u get the "reality" of changee :D... lolzzzz ajjj main kuchh ziada hee scientific nahi hoo gia ?? hmm ? any how real thoughprovoking poem regards mansoor Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Shabo 0 Posted April 2, 2003 Hi Mansoor This is my PERSONAL definition of "love" Losing Our Valuable Emotions Now to answer ur questions... what is the thing that gives heat?... anything that can raise temperatures is a source for providing heat :;): Diamonds r beautiful stones.. of course "diamonds r a girls best friend" rite!! but what r they in reality? like the poem suggests just cold stones... coal may be the genetic make up of diamonds but after being treated the finished result is obviously worlds apart!!!! I have a collection of diamonds & pearls.... I also have a "black" pearl necklace but to wear coal??? errrrm Mansoor I think I'l give that one a miss :P :P Thanks for liking the poem... Well that's funny. see I told u guys before..... I think I am an alien because I absolutely HATE diamonds or gold..... yeah silver kee to baat hee kuch aur hai. But anyways that's just me..... Now I am a 99.99% sure that i am an alien.... cool! but just to make a 100% sure. How many of u (girls) like wrestling and can't do their own hair like me?
