When i see some topic , Normally if its from sumone i know i usually read it .. or sum one i know he/she usually writes good ..

A Note:

Another option that i wish to add is that i have seen many members in GROUPS, i mean its a good idea to stay in touch and the overall participation also increases but then if one member is angry or something then all then all others behave in similar manners. Most of the time i have seen, and i am sure most of you have also observed, that they even leave the community because the group members want them to do so.

They know wht is happening and wht actually happened but even then they repeat the same things that their group wants them to repeat. I hope all of u understood wht i want to say... i would also like all members to let us know why they do that.... Making groups is good but following the group BLINDLY without using YOUR mind is bad

i dont want to HIT a particular user or group but i am just raising my point. if you dont want to reply its ok, but DO think about it.

I agree with u EMAAN. We can atleast write 2/3 words or lines for encouragement.

yes i sure got a clue of wht ur talking about... most members left bcoz others old members are leaving... tell me is this a reason to LEAVE?

on second note.. i or u can't do anything to make them stay if they have decided to leave...

but i am sorry to see that most ppl have not even read the topic or understood the situatuon but they are crying that waqas bhai did wrong and things like that :( and Emailing/PMing other members to leave the community too

yes thsi "Grouping" thing is main problem these days for CY... the only good thing about it! that Group frnds are following each other's suggestions and complaints... that shows how loyal they all are wid frnds! but the wrong thing is! dont accept negitive unless You explore whole the Positive.. Or try compeling Your frnds if they get any problems! not get Hyper more then YOur frnd is.. Cus this leave You nothing but wid only one option! where You have to cop wid the ONLY REST OPTION... You should negotiate about ur views But in frndly manners! keeping this thing in mind! the person you r talking is also a human! having hell of problems..!

we all get at the extreme points too soon1 and that is one flaw of our personaliy...
