meray exams tu khatam ho gaye shukar hai Allah ka Eid kharab hui magar jaan choot gaye exams ki tension say bas ab result ki tensiob hai

i m mack wid my delicious recipees :D

yarrrrr tum logoon nay kia serious sirios batain start kar rakheen hai .... Koee khanay peenay kee bat hee nahi ;)

lain janab ajjj main app sab koo aik aisee RECIPEE btaoon ga jiss kooo app bhut saree dishes main use kar saktay hain

basic recipee for all the vegitables n meat

Cookin kay liyee sab say zarooree hai confidence and courage to experiment .... whatever i m going to write is just the basic u can add .. enhance and ommit differt stuff according to ur taste

First off alll prepare the tarkaa by brwning the the Onion in OIL ( use ghee for better taste & bad health ) after that add the fine cut vegetables in the cooker ... add water according to consistency of the vegetables ... add salt pepper .. and every thin u see on the shelves ;) ..... after some time for Most vegetables 20 minutes open the cooker ( Pre CAUTION :!: ) never open it without confirming there is NO Steem in da cooker )

well after thaT ... just eat it :cook:

for meat U just have to roast it in oil for its softening .. and taste and then put it into cooker ... obviously for loonger time

a1b2c3 .. WaOOoooooo Yar ! U named my fav dish .. i love them .. u ppl know Punjab University Oriental college kay Hostel main Egg fried rice bhut mazedar bantay hain .... I used to go to meet bY buddy there just for the same dish ;)

well abb tum nay authentic kee condition laga dee hai toomain apnee mom say consult kar kay detail likhoon ga as i have never made it my self ...

its easy u just have to add Cut boiled eggs ( lot of :D ) wid chicken pieces finely cut..... and dats it Any why i will make that authentic sOon

Now Today I will write about Lusssi Its not some kind od lusee ;) its the by product of Buuter making from milk or cream

i Dedicate today;s recipee to umair :D

Lussee is a famous drink in Punjab specially villiages .. in NwFP. and baluchistan ... every place has its own traditions of its making but what i will be taking here is about PUNJABI lusse

KINDS

1.... CHATTi kee lassi

2..... Kachi Lassi

3...... ADDH RIDKA

Chatti kee lassi traditionally is made in CHATTi ( well for Non punjabi its really hard to tell what Chatti is :)) u put the milk in the Chatti ... shake it well wid some shaaaaker ... then add some cold water .. it will precipitate out the Buuter and what left is LASSI :D .. it is used in the morning

Kacchhi Lassi ... it is made by extreme dilution of milk wid aded salt ...... it is very use full in hot wether of Punjab Planes .... traditiuonally it is used in noon and after noon

ADD RIDKA is mah fav. ........... ziada tarrr PEHALWAN loog peetay hain issay ... made by shaking YUGERT ... Milk and Sugar ....

it is used in the morning .... and if after drinking a big glass u feel ur self :wacko:

it means ... yaa theek bannne hai

I am not in Pak (I am in US) that is why I can not go to every Chinese/Vietnams restaurants. I know Lahore (I was student of PU.) If you will tell me any good restaurants serving egg/vegi fried rice I will forget the name by the time I will come lahore (May be sometimes in 2005 Insh'a Allah). I will ask you when I need.

Sanum said she will post a recipe, let's see what she comes up.

Egg Fried Rice

ingredients

1.rice-2 pounds /cups

2.oil-1/2 cup

3.eggs-3

4.boneless chicken pieces --- 4ounce

5.spring onion or /peas/capsicum----- 4ounce

6.carrot sheraded-----4 ounce

7.cabbage---4ounce

8.salt--according to ur taste

9.black pepper---1tsp(grounded)

10.ajinomotto-----4tsp

11.soya sauce---2tbsp

12.yellow food colour---a pinch(optional)

13.chicken stock---1 cup or chicken cubes 2to3

Method

1.boil rice (i hope a1b2c3 U know how to do dat,if not then dont hesitate to ask,better to boil it in microwave)

2.fry all vegetables in oil

put salt,black pepper

then add( not our CY's member :lol: )chicken stock or chicken cubes

let it cook till stock dries....then add ajinomoto n soya sauce n mix it well.....

3.beat all eggs n mix yellow food colour n pinch of salt...beat it well n fry it in chapati shape then roll it n remove it from fire... after that cut it into small pieces with knife...

4.now finally mix all vegetables in boiled rice toghter with gentle hand n dum

it for 8 to 10 minutes ...when dum is completed then mix eggs (i dunno the english of dum :down: )

precaution : dont say thanx b4 trying :P
