[i dont want to mention here] Demoding moderatiors is NOT the Reaction of the Recepies topic incident, these are two different things, as Asim already told you. As being an Administrator it is my duty to help everyone. ooky told me that there is something wrong going on in Recepie section. I checked it and asked shabo personally but She decided to leave because 'mansoor' told her that Asim's action is the reaction of it (it is also proved by mansoor's emails to Shabo and his PM's to community members). We tries our best to be good and friendly with everyone but it doesn't mean that we take action on the basis of friendship. I am very sad to hear that 1 member is spreading the wrong image to all the members and requesting them to leave this community. We have personally send an sms, PM, email to that member, warning them to Stop otherwise we'll have to take severe action. I don't want to diclose his name. We at the CooLYar team dont want to lose even a 'single' member and trying our best to bring Shabo back too. We have NO relations with ooky and we do regard of Shabo as she is our oldest user. Did u read my e mail ???? and u said it is also prooved By my pm to community members ?? sooO did u read my PM ( personal messeges ) ?? Waqas ! that is not So ... shabo nay "inavitable" kee Post main joo kaha .... i asked her to explain .. next day shabo kee mail ayee ... she told me the exact reason u mentioned that ..she left because of that recipee of the day ... prob abb Qissa yaaa hai ... i was on a lil fact finding mission to know what actually happened ... AsIm (our co admin) was sittin wid me Yesterday ... he was expalining me .. that there is some technical reason of demoding not that incident ... i told him ... that U r right but ... both even suggests!! taht it is not ..... he asked me then why shabo ... left then ... i opened my mail box .. and showed him the mail in which she .... had expalined me her leaving reason ... at the same time ... asim read One of my mail to shabs as well .. in which i had said that ... i Do agree wid her and ... this decision was not right !!! Sooo ... one should see BOTh even .. differently .. shabo decided first and i showed her my support latter ... asiM thought ! i m saying her to leave .. that is rediculous !!! she is a responsible ... gal .. and this was her own decision ! Secondly ur U r convicting me of messeging Community members and sayin them to leave ... well ! i had just messeged to 2 members i.e Rukh and .. nadaN to know their Opinion ... U must have a mistake of understanding !! my words .. why should i say them to leave community ??? i think both of rukh can .. tell u the reality .. i had said nnadan " this is the proper time to leave the community as my exams r coming near" i dont rember the exact wording BUt i dont think this does matter .. as my intension was not to say her to leave community Sooo what the reason in the world forced u to think that ... i m telling users to leave community ??? well ... why dont u understand ... i had myself told asim that i have Pm-ed two users to know their opinion ! sO if i had any Intention ... why should i be tellin asim ? any how ! i dont like giving expainations !! this is the best i can say to make u understand what is this all baout ? what ... forced u to think .I. am doing all that stuff against coolyar .. when i showed my Personal email , and PM to admin my self.. and on Some extracts ..... of BOth emails and pm which i showed my self, to clear thins up !, u wrongly assumed all that story .... u should have considered BOTh in reference to their contexts ... My decision to leave the community was in no way, shape or form influenced by the temporary "de-mod" measure... Asim has my 110% (I know, I always OVERDO things!!) support with ALL matters! Regarding the other goings on surrounding my association with CY... (which ONLY ADMIN r aware of) I did not discuss my leave with any1 nor did I want members to stage a walk-out bcoz of me.. IF I was to leave CY I would wish it "din dugni, raat chogni" success not for it to fall apart!! After reading Mansoor's reply on the "It was inevitable" post I decided to mail him to let him know that bcoz of "some reason" I was doing this.. I did NOT elaborate to Mansoor, nor mention any names, who was connected with this! Mansoor.. IF u did ask ppl to leave then that is TOTALLY wrong!! Defacing the well loved and respected image of CY is not a couragous thing to do :( EVERYONE was speculating the reason behind my disappearance but none of u even came close to guessing it... it was nothing to do with the goings on here in the community ;) I urge u ALL to plz resume the calm and relaxed atmosphere that has been present here previous to any disturbances!! These little mishaps do happen but after we stumble & fall we have to then pick ourselves up and carry on with life! I'm sure u will all join me in bringing NORMALITY back here once again... It seems you ALSO r under the FALSE impression as far as "THAT POST" is concerned... I do NOT regret my actions in the RECIPE section as I believe (and can justify this) that members were affected by the harsh words included in that post... ok some ppl agreed it was light hearted but some did not! Anyway the point I am trying to clear is; my "absence" from CY was in no way affected by THAT POST nor did the fact that my moderator status was temporarily halted bear any influence on my disappearance.... ab kuch baatein CY "management" thak hee rehno do :P Ab tho masla clear ho gaiya hai naaaaaaaaaaa???
